Looking for something fun, new, and different to try this Valentine's Day? All you need is some J. Lohr Bay Mist White Riesling and a few simple ingredients to craft this Sweetheart Wine Cocktail, and it's so easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 3 fresh raspberries (use more if desired)
- 3 oz ounces J. Lohr Bay Mist White Riesling
- 1 oz raspberry syrup (optional)
- 1 oz coconut milk (we used canned)
- 1 oz pina colada cocktail mix (you can find this at most grocery stores or online)
- Heart candy (optional garnish; we used marshmallows)
Make it:
- Add three fresh raspberries into a cocktail tin and mash them with a muddler.
- Then pour in the pina colada mix, gourmet raspberry syrup, coconut milk, and wine.
- Toss in a few ice cubes, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a festive glass of your choice.
- Garnish with heart marshmallow threaded through a cocktail stick!
