Touching Lives, One Toast at a Time
In 2016, to touch the lives of women and their families, J. Lohr is once again partnering with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., a relationship that has helped fund over 4,500 mammograms to women who would otherwise be unable to afford them. This is our way of not only honoring the legacy of Carol Waldorf Lohr, but is also our commitment to curtailing the impact of breast cancer. Now in our campaign’s 7th year, Touching Lives is extending its impact in two ways: by now offering $3 from every bottle sold of 2013 J. Lohr Carol’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon to benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation, an increase of 50% over previous vintages, and by expanding its support to include Patient Navigation programs and services. $2 from every bottle sold of any vintage of Carol’s Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc and previous vintages of Carol’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon will benefit NBCF. We’re Encouraging Women to Take Charge
The National Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission is to provide help and inspire hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education, and support services. J. Lohr is continuing to advocate for women’s empowerment through knowledge and body self-awareness. It’s never too early to become one’s own best health advocate, and the National Breast Cancer Foundation has the resources to help.
