Sponsor:
The J. Lohr Gift Bag Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on September 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM (PDT) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PDT). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:
To enter, visit https://app.redchirp.com/app/forms/e43c8d58-cd4a-4da5-b383-bfb9cf3ce304 and complete the entry form. Entries must meet all requirements to be eligible. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specified. Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities or methods may result in disqualification.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150

Total number of winners: 1

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

Winner Selection & Notification:
A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified within approximately 7 days after the Sweepstakes ends. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning:
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Rights Granted by Entrants:
By entering, you grant J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All disputes will be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction.
