Join host Steve Lohr and Chef David Page for an intimate dinner expertly paired with several of your favorite, limited-release J. Lohr wines, and debuting our new 2018 J. Lohr F&G Pinot Blanc from our vineyards in Arroyo Seco.
Grilled baby eggplant with heirloom tomato salad, house made ricotta, and currant pine nut vinaigrette
Paired with 2018 J. Lohr Gesture Grenache Rosé
Coriander-seared Bristol sea scallop with smoked shiitake mushrooms, and yuzu miso buerre noisette
Paired with 2018 J. Lohr F&G Pinot Blanc
Colorado lamb duet with herb-grilled tenderloin and crispy braised belly, served with Grandview Farms petite vegetables, lamb jus, and mint shallot purée
Paired with 2017 J. Lohr Fog's Reach Pinot Noir
Mission fig and brown butter walnut tart, with sweet corn gelato and balsamic caramel
Paired with 2017 J. Lohr Late Harvest White Riesling
