Grown in Monterey’s cool climate Arroyo Seco and Santa Lucia Highlands appellations. A mix of Dijon and Pommard Pinot Noir clones provide complexity. To maintain its bright fruit core, two-thirds was aged in stainless steel tanks, one-third in French oak barrels.
