Mojito shrimp spring roll with spicy mango drizzle
Paired with 2018 J. Lohr F&G Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Prosciutto-wrapped fig, Meyer lemon chèvre, and arugula roll with balsamic gastrique
Paired with 2017 J. Lohr Fog’s Reach Pinot Noir
Heirloom beet carpaccio salad with diced Gambone mushroom, pepitas, Manchego, and frisée, with Meyer lemon rosemary vinaigrette

Truffle sage osso bucco with pine nut gremolata, served with wild mushroom Cambozola risotto

Apple crisp with rosewater essence, toasted clove gelato, and milk chocolate sauce
