This is the second of three monthly, curated dinners designed to revel in the season’s bounty of epicurean delights.

Join host Steve Lohr and Chef Justin Perez of The Homestead Kitchen for an intimate dinner expertly paired with several of your favorite, limited-release J. Lohr wines.

First course
Mojito shrimp spring roll with spicy mango drizzle
Paired with 2018 J. Lohr F&G Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
&
Prosciutto-wrapped fig, Meyer lemon chèvre, and arugula roll with balsamic gastrique
Paired with 2017 J. Lohr Fog’s Reach Pinot Noir

Second course
Heirloom beet carpaccio salad with diced Gambone mushroom, pepitas, Manchego, and frisée, with Meyer lemon rosemary vinaigrette
Paired with 2017 J. Lohr Arroyo Vista Chardonnay

Third course
Truffle sage osso bucco with pine nut gremolata, served with wild mushroom Cambozola risotto
Paired with 2016 J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert
Apple crisp with rosewater essence, toasted clove gelato, and milk chocolate sauce
Paired with 2017 J. Lohr Late Harvest White Riesling
