Join us for a special demonstration of true Italian pasta making techniques with expert chefs Roberta Maria Pierro and Gioacchinio Barile, owners and operators of The Piedmontese Experience, a cooking school and bed and breakfast in the Piedmont region of Italy. In this special event, guests will enjoy a glass of J. Lohr wine during the demonstration followed by a sampling of four different authentic Italian dishes with four unique pasta shapes, served with a second glass of J. Lohr wine.
