J. Lohr “Take the Pledge" Giveaway Terms

Contest Date and Time: 9:00 am Pacific Daylight Time, Monday, April 4, until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, Thursday, June 30, 2022.

All entrants must be 21 years old or older and residents of the United States to enter.

To be eligible, entrants must provide first and last name with a valid email address submitted on the J. Lohr Sustainability webpage at www.jlohr.com/sustainability. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. Void where prohibited.

J. Lohr employees and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, licensed wholesalers or retailers, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each (For purposes of this contest, “family member” means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and all lineal descendants, including those by adoption), are not eligible to enter.

Winners will be randomly selected from valid entries that qualify using the above criteria. The prizes will consist of sustainable items such as a 16-oz Eco Bamboo Bottle, Sandy Food Storage, Drawstring Bags, or a Marketplace jute bag. Winners will be contacted via email using the email address provided at the point of entry. Winners will need to contact the email address provided within 3 days to confirm their win and provide shipping information. The prize items are not exchangeable and have no cash value.
