Bud Break Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Giveaway Date and Time: 10:00 am Pacific Daylight Time, Saturday, March 14, 2020 until first day of Bud Break 2020 occurs in the J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines Buena Vista Vineyard in Paso Robles, CA, as identified by Anji Perry, J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines Viticulturist/Viticulture Research Director. Bud break is defined as the visible opening of a dormant bud, when the shoot begins to grow. The Giveaway will end directly after this date is announced on J. Lohr’s Facebook page.

All entrants must be 21 years old or older and residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, to enter. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.

To be eligible, entries must:

1) Using entrant's Facebook account, locate post by @JLohrWines that includes Bud Break giveaway details in the photo caption.

2) Entrants must leave a comment guessing the official date of the 2020 bud break in the J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines Buena Vista Vineyards in Paso Robles, CA.

Entries are limited to one per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.

Lohr employees and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholic beverage distributors, wholesalers, or on-premise or off-premise retailers, authorized licensees and agents, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each (for purposes of this contest, “family member” means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and all lineal descendants, including those by adoption), are not eligible to enter.

Fulfillment

J. Lohr will select the winners, limited to the first 10 people who correctly guess the official first day of bud break in the Buena Vista Vineyards in Paso Robles, CA. Benson Marketing Group will notify winners via their Facebook comment that they have won, and ask them to email jlohrwines@gmail.com within 3 days to confirm their winnings. Once they confirm, J. Lohr will obtain their shipping address and phone number and manage fulfillment of prizes. Prizes will ship within 5 days of confirming the winners shipping details.
