ARIEL Non-Alcoholic White Zinfandel
ARIEL White Zinfandel is made from the red Zinfandel grape. Once harvested, the grapes are crushed and the juice is allowed to ferment at 50ºF (10ºC) in stainless steel cooperage with the skins until the desired color is extracted. The skins are then removed, and the blush colored must is fermented to dryness. Just prior to bottling the alcohol is gently removed via cold filtration.
White Zinfandel
ARIEL White Zinfandel is produced from select California vineyards growing Zinfandel exclusively for White Zinfandel production, with an emphasis on vineyards producing grapes with a strawberry fruit character.
