Celebrate harvest weekend with Il Cortile's  Executive Chef Santos MacDonal’s five-course delectable wine-pairing dinner. Specializing in rustic Italian cuisine, Chef Santos’ dishes will include Seared Scallops in a Parmesan Fonduta, homemade Ravioli Kabocha, Pork Saltimbuca, Roasted Lamb Culotta, and a delicious Flourless Torta di Cioccolato. All courses will be paired with select J. Lohr wines including our newly-released 2009 J. Lohr Carol’s Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, the 2008 J. Lohr Gesture Mourvèdre, and our 2004 J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon and 2003 J. Lohr Cuvée PAU Library Selections.
