We’re pleased to welcome back Chef Charlie to kick off Wine Festival weekend! Chef Charlie tantalized our taste buds during the 2009 Zinfandel Festival with his delicious assorted hors d’oeuvres, and his spectacular cuisine made our Wine and Food Pairing Seminar a huge hit. For Wine Festival Friday, Chef Charlie will be doing something entirely new and spectacular for J. Lohr—a Polynesian-style roasted pig luau! This traditional Hawaiian pig feast will be accompanied by roasted and grilled veggies, Hawaiian rice salad and grilled pineapple, as well as music and lots of fun!
