Wine & Food Pairing Seminar featuring Jeffrys Catering (part of the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend)

Take part in an educational four-course food and wine pairing seminar by owner/ Chef de Cuisine of Vinoteca Wine Bar, Jeffry Wiesinger. Focusing on globally-influenced cuisine using fresh, local ingredients, Jeffry will guide us through a food and wine pairing including our 2009 J. Lohr Gesture Viognier, 2005 J. Lohr Cuvée St. E and the 2006 J. Lohr Late Harvest White Riesling.
