Five course gourmet wine paired dinner catered by Chef David Page featuring an entrée of Seared Scottish Salmon, Artichoke Potato Puree, Marinated Artichoke Salad, Crisp Artichokes & Tarragon Brown Butter paired with the 2007 J. Lohr Fog's Reach Vineyard Pinot Noir.  Full menu below.
